I wasn't thinking last night, but it's spring break here in Clinton. If I'm going to blog, it will have to be early in the morning, when the teenager is asleep.
The exciting news is I bought a bread machine this weekend! I can't wait 'til it gets here to start experimenting. The thing I most miss with this stupid corn allergy is sandwiches.
The problem I'm noticing now is for every one thing I start to get under control, like working out every day, there are 3 things I feel like I ought to be working on, like starting a daily stretching routine, or keeping caught up on everyone's blogs, or cleaning up my office at home. The training is easy - I just have to get up early and go do it. Starting and maintaining the other stuff is proving a little more challenging. I've been reading a book called Getting Things Done by David Allen, and I hope to start using some of his action-oriented techniques for getting some of these ideas moving.

Sounds like we all have the same ideas of how to improve. I didn't have the faith to move down a shirt size though. Good for you! Have a great week and good luck with new bread machine. Sounds cool!
I teach "Getting Things Done" to new supervisors at my company. I love his methodology and it has made a big difference in my work life. I have to admit, though, I have not been as disciplined about using it in my personal life. Don't know why...I should...it works.
