Well, thanks to all for your commiseration and suggestions. I guess I'll be rising a little early(er) tomorrow morning and trying something different! I'll let you know how it plays out.
I've been having trouble getting to bed at a decent hour on Tuesdays, no idea why, and sleeping in Wednesday mornings. What a sleepy, draggy day at work! But when I got home tonight I got over to the Healthplex and did some weight training and swimming. That's working out to be a good combination for me. Felt like a noodle when I was done, but that bowl of ice cream revived me enough to write this. So it's off to bed, sweet dreams all. Keep moving!
