Well, I won't make this mistake again! I slept in yesterday morning & skipped my swim, so when I got to the hotel last night I had to ride an exercise bike for 30 minutes.The best thing about it was when it was over! I really do like working out in the morning, for a couple reasons - it's a good start to my day, it gets my workout over with, and I don't have to worry about squeezing it in around my evening plans. So I got up and walked this morning, and now I'm looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow with a clear conscience.
I'm looking forward (as always) to Saturday. See you all there!
