What a treat - I found myself alone with 2 unspoken for hours this evening! Since I did my running this morning, I worked in the garden a little. This is the other habit I'm working on this year, getting out and playing in the dirt regularly. I think both running and planting will be good for my soul.
That's it, short and sweet, it's bedtime. Got to get up & swim soon. I'll be out of town tomorrow and Thursday, so I'll be training, even if I don't post.
