Back on track
Back on track this morning with a 40 minute walk (well really a hill-climb) on the treadmill. I am also training for a week-long backpacking trip in Oregon's Cascade mountains this summer, so I'm trying to fit in lots of inclines in my walking. Getting up at 6am makes for a looonnngggg day, though!
