I'm just going to call this a bonus rest day. Too much going on, and although I maintained until about 4pm that I WAS going to cross train, I finally had to let it go. Thanks for the encouragement to do that instead of guiltily swearing to 'make it up'. I'll just pick up in the morning and move forward. Hope tomorrow is a better day.
